Event Information:
The Burlington Alumnae Chapter’s Reel Beauty Film Festival brings the mission of the Arts and Letters Commission to Alamance and Caswell Counties by centering stories that celebrate, affirm, and elevate Black women. Held in recognition of Black Women’s History Month, the festival is designed to educate, inspire, and support the community through film and dialogue.
The Reel Beauty Film Festival will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Graham Public Library.
This event is free and open to the public.
While there is no cost to attend, we encourage guests to bring toiletries and baby supplies for donation to Alamance Pregnancy Services. We are placing special emphasis on supplies for mothers and babies of color, as well as those with sensitive skin. The items requested from our recipient agency include:

About the Arts and Letters Commission:
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated Arts and Letters Commission was established in 1973 to promote Black artistic expression and uplift African American cultural contributions across the performing, visual, and literary arts. The Commission supports Black artists, particularly women through signature initiatives such as Delta Authors on Tour, Red Carpet Events, and community-based cultural programming. Central to its mission is fostering meaningful community engagement and cultivating a deeper appreciation for the arts.
